Cancellations / Re-schedules require a minimum of 48hrs notice of cancellation is required or

if Life Guard Health & Safety attend a booking and no staff present for training, a minimum charge of $150.00 will be charged to the client.

if there are extreme circumstances surrounding a late cancellation or no show of staff, the charge will be wavered,

if Life Guard Health & Safety are unable to attend to a booking due to a double booking or sickness, they will engage a subcontractor (depending on availability), or reschedule the booking to a suitable date with the client.

or a client give 48hrs notice of not being able to attend training and no suitable dates are available for rescheduling, the client shall be refunded in full.

or a client gives less than 48hrs notice of cancellation, the client shall be refunded less a $20.00 administration fee.

or where no notice of cancellations is given, no refund will be given.

where approved by LGHS, the client will be given direct access to Life Guard Health & Safety’s work calendar to book, reschedule or cancel any of their training.
